• Your uploaded artwork and generated cap mockup.
• Your selected cap method, color, placement, quantity, and displayed starting price.
• Your Messenger identity when you choose to continue an order in Messenger.
• Basic technical information such as browser details, referral page, country, and interaction timestamps.
• Whether you continued to Messenger after generating a design.

How We Use Information

We use this information to generate and save your requested mockup, connect it to your Messenger conversation, help our sales team respond, prevent abuse, maintain security, and improve the service. We do not post to your Facebook account.

Service Providers

We use service providers including Meta for Messenger, Google Vertex AI for image generation, Firebase for admin authentication and analytics, and Cloudflare for website hosting, security, and storage. These providers process information under their own privacy terms.

Sharing And Sales

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers needed to operate the mockup and Messenger order flow, or when required by law.

Retention And Security

We retain generated designs and related records while they are useful for customer support, sales follow-up, security, and service operation. We use access controls, signed sessions, expiring referral links, and protected administrative access to help secure these records.
