Request Deletion

To request deletion of information connected to your Messenger conversation or Custom Cap BD mockups, email hello@customcapbd.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.”

Include the Facebook name used in Messenger and, if available, the design ID shown in your conversation. Do not send your Facebook password.

What Happens Next

We may ask for reasonable information to verify the request. After verification, we will remove the associated website account records, generated-design records, and stored Messenger handoff references unless retention is required for security or legal reasons.
